Olive Oil

In Turkey, olive groves that produce the world’s most aromatic scents are cultivated in many regions from Ezine to Kilis. The taste of olive oils are influenced by the quality of the soil, the weather, cultivation conditions, the olive pressing technology, the harvest and the storage conditions. All these factors play a part in creating the rich aromatic qualities of Turkish olive oils.

As Four, we work very closely with our producers to provide every grade of olive oil to suit the requirements and the tastes of our customers from Extra Virgin to Olive-Pomace Oil.

Turkey has a long history of olive trees and oil and currently there are 3 olive trees for every member of its’ 73 million population.
