Sunflower Oil

Turkey’s main production of vegetable oil is sunflower but is also produces corn oil, soybean oil and canola oil. Turkey is one of the most important vegetable producers in the world, refining 2.4 million ton. Sunflower oil has the highest share of total production reaching a volume of 550 thousand tons.
